brake pad retaining spring

Does anyone know where I can get the front pad retaining springs? I can't seem to find them anywhere and I don't wanna have to buy calipers to get them.

Thems the ones. The ones that hold the pads inside the caliper. Napa said they don't sell them by themselves and I'm not having any luck online.
