They come in alot of fords. Taurus, windstar, 99+ F2-350s, a ton more.
Just go to a junk yard and look in some fords. You will easily find one. They are quite plentiful.
The link I posted had all info for this swap. They take 42mm Festoon bulbs. You can get them from

If so, you'll find that unlike TexasGuy's nifty install, your dome light's base is parallel to the roof and not at an angle as would be the case with reg and ext cabs. Putting the dome light all the way at the rear window wouldn't make much sense in a crewcab as the map lights would be useless - which is why it's in the middle.
I mention that because using one out of a non-crewcab of a later year will result in map lights that illuminate the back of the front seats moreso than the stuff in your hands - not a big deal with oridinary light bulbs but if you're going to replace them with LED's, you'll find the light output to be much more directional - and then it may be an issue.
In that case, you'll want a car or minivan light, Taurus and Windstar, and if I'm not mistaken the full-size Fords do bolt on as well but while at the yard take a look and double check. Crown Vic, Marquis, Town Car.
If you're handy, you not limited to just little dinky Ford interior lights either. Many minivan's, particularly Chrysler, have very nice overhead consoles that have four lights instead of two - so the rear passengers can turn on the lights and read while not annoying the driver. The Chrysler's do require a bit of rewiring however as the Ford doorpins of your vintage simply ground out the circuits to illuminumate the lights when the doors are open, whereas Chrysler minivans apply power and the overhead console provides the ground. Not a big deal however if the console you grab has a digital compass and/or temperature module in it, or replace the bulbs with LED bulbs, then polarity absolutely does matter.
That's out of a mid-io's Chrysler Town and Country, installed in my 93 F350 crewcab. It was not a direct bolt-in of course and required fiddling with the wiring as well as fiddling with how I mounted it - but the end result in my mind was far better than using a factory Ford light because I wanted more than just an interior light and front map lights. I also wanted rear reading lights for rear passengers, and also space to mount lighted auxilary switches for other things - exterior cab lights, in-bumper 100W lights, computer/wifi on/off, and of course a switch to select between regular horns and air horns.
