Starting below 0 degrees

I will be spending a week in ND during the Christmas Holiday with temps below 0 at night. I wondering if any owners have had challenges with cold starts? I have determined I do not have a block heater (cord or element) with an estimated cost of $500 to install. The $500 becomes insurance however based on crazy001 -10 below start video it appears the truck is capable of cold weather starts. The factory oil is in the truck with approximate 3000 miles. I do plan on using Power Service Anti-Gel product with each fill up. Any other advice?

Up here in the Canadian cold...I don't even think of pluggin in till 0F.

It was -20F on the weekend, and not plugged in, and started exceptionally well.....not even "growl" like my old 6.0.

You will not have any problems.

Every 6.7L engine has a block heater:

Not every truck has a cord. The cord can be had relatively cheaply if you're worried about cold starting.

But, since you've seen my latest video, there's not much to worry about at 0°!
