There is another site that sells OEM injectors for the 6.0L at $205.00/ea which was the lowest I found... but I do not have the link on my work laptop (sorry).
If your looking for OEM injectors, then I think you can do better than the company link that was provided earlier in this thread (I checked their pricing for stock injectors).
I just had my local dealer here in Kansas City replace all 8 of my injectors and they cost me $243.00/ea + labor.
Hello everyone. Again its been a while since I have been on here. I really should spend a little bit more time here. Anyway, who makes a good aftermarket fuel injector for my 6.0? I have done quite a few mods but still have the stock injectors and one seems to be getting lazy. I only have 47K miles on the truck and 14K miles since I did alot of head and induction and exhaust work to it. So does anyone have any suggestions?
Also anyone here from CT? Specifically from Eastern CT?

The OP said that he was looking for aftermarket injectors not OEM.
The only bad thing about going aftermarket with sticks is that is where you have to worry about ore stock parts, stock parts that aren't all that "fun" to replace, but may have to be depending on how big the sticks are that are put in the truck.

OK... I was wondering... aftermarket can mean a couple things:
1) Performance parts - aftermarket.
2) OEM parts not purchased from local dealer (maybe less expensive)
3) Aftermarket parts that fit motor but less expensive than Motorcraft brand.
OEM injectors will perform up to a point... and there was no mention at what "point" the OP was at or wished to get to???
I was not sure and the OP did not state... so I gave some options since I just got done researching this very fact (replaced all 8 injectors with OEM injectors) two weeks ago.

I don't consider 2. to be aftermarket injectors if they are still OEM. Doesn't matter if you buy them from Billy Bob or Ford, they are still(hopefully) both OEM.
Aftermarket to me means not OEM. Whether or not they allow more performance or keep stock output is really irrelevant, is who makes them is the point. If you get them from Casserly and they are injectors that he just got from Ford and resold to you, they are still OEM. Now if he widened the nozzles, then they are no longer OEM, or if he coated them with something else, but left nozzle output the same, not OEM.
hey if you want to go cheap but still have a good product look at industrial injection. they can rebuild your old injectors and possibly fix the bad one. not downing cass at all he has damn good injectors but im getting mine built to 190cc through industrial for 1200. just thought id throw that out to ya
Everyone thanks for the advice! Mods I have done.. well inductrion, exhaust, EGR bypass, coolant filter, o ring heads, shaved .010 off heads, ARP heads studs flowed and cc'd the heads, ported induction, heads, manifolds, etc. 4" free flowing exhaust, no cat or muffler, freer flowing crossover pipe that has no deflector for EGR, custom made throttle body with no butterfly valve but can still plug in connector so it "kinda" looks stock, custom tuning tuner from Matt at Spartan, aftermarket intercooler, turbo has been tweaked for better flow and efficiency, high torque starter ( burnt up 2 stock ones), ran the stock injectors for a while. I had them all flowed and balanced to each other but I think the damn fuel that we get now had done some damage even though I run the Amsoil diesel fuel treatment. Also the truck has ALL Amsoil fluids. she runs good. Damn good... I pull with the truck about 85% of the time. It pulls a 40' toy hauler camper during the camping months. It also has a cowl induction hood. Some of the parts we custom designed and made. The truck sits in a climate controlled garage when it is not being used. I consider it one of my "toys". When we go camping I always get people coming up to me and asking questions about the truck. So I am looking for a set of nice aftermarket injectors to compliment the amount of work I have done to the truck already.
Just bare in mind that when you change out injectors, you are going to have to think about other things. Input shaft on the tranny, direct clutch on the tranny, fuel system(pump and I would recommend a RR kit as well). Not to mention depending on how big you go with your injectors, maybe a larger turbo as well.

Now I'm interested what kind of power your making and what you'll make with the performance improved injectors.
Me too! lol I have been kicking around another turbo, but the stock one I have the we tweaked some runs perfect. No issues at all. I am thinking about going 175cc injectors cause I think if I go bigger, over 190cc, I think that another turbo will be a necessity to get more air into the cumbustion chamber to keep EGT's down. I dont want to be tearing parts up. I believe you are only as strong as your weakest part. I just love how the truck runs the way it is, so by going to the 175cc injectors, I think it will be just fine.

Sounds like a potential 500 + hp setup to me!
If he is towing 85% of the time, that's going to limit him in what he can do realistically.
I wouldn't do more then Stage Is for towing and a 64mm turbo(he would have to do a turbo to see 500 horses, just no way around that as the stock one won't keep up with 40% over stock fuel flow). Even with a tighter housing.
He might be able to eeck by with Stage IIs, but depending on the cargo that he is hauling(I haul horses, so I have to be very leary of this) will determine if this is realistic or not.
Also bare in mind that if this is a street toy then going above Stage IIs is also a waste to be able to "see" that HP on the road as "you'll" have to go so high up in the RPM band to get to "your" peak HP that it won't be realistically done on the street unless you are trying to break it(which can still be done).
There are also other logistically issues that come with moderately modifying your vehicle and still have tow/street manners.
Tex.. I agree with you completely! That is why I do not want to go any bigger than 175cc injectors. If I did not do so much towing, then we could have some real fun and do some dually drag racing!!!!! There is making huge amounts of power, then there is making huge amounts of "reliable" power. BIG difference.....I think...

I think Tex would enjoy a dually drag race... The last I heard his new designed License plate scares off any wiseguys.
It causes them to ask questions that's for sure. After they find out what all is under there, they typically don't want to try and find out how it handles.
Despite the demographics of both places that I live at and their passion for trucks, it just doesn't extend beyond the usual 3 mods(tuner, exhuast, intake).
My truck, in some respects unfortunately, is fairly well known.
