Help Identify truck

Hello everyone thanks for this great site, been browsing. I am going to FL to purchase a 99 F350 CC Dually, it is tan with 7.3 d auto tranny, large alum tool box in bed a frt brush gaurd, heavyduty rear pipe bumper with hitch. Truck also has 3 pilar gauges installed but not hooked up. Supposed to be a central fl truck. Anyone reconize this truck has over 200.00 thou miles on it.
