Vibration after shifting.

Trying to find out if anyone knows, my truck today started vibrating after it shifted into 4th. Never had this issue before today. Over night it was really cold...but the truck still vibrated at around 35 40 mph after it was warmed up...check engine light started flashing as well.

i have had this happen to me before and i brought it in and they replaced some spark plugs and an ignition coil ever since then it has been running good
