Measuring Bolt Pattern
Greetings all,
I just picked up some 15x10 steel spoke rims and they have the worng bolt pattern for my truck. They have 8 holes and I was told they came off of a heavy duty Dana 44 from a 77 high boy.
I would like to trade them for the same rims with 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern.
How do I measure the bolt pattern on an 8 bolt rim? Is it every other hole like a 5 bolt?
I just want to be sure I describe them right so someone doesn't make the same mistake I did.

8 bolt is straight across, center to center.
same with 4 and 6 bolt.
5 bolt is from the center of one to the far end of one which is 2 bolts down, not the very next one.

Does anyone know if the 8-bolt pattern in the same on a 77 hi-boy and the dana 60 axles?
