need help tracing down a front end sound

sorry for dragging this back from the dead but hopefully this will help someone else along the way. turns out my DP was hitting the firewall. i got my hydraulic spreader out and made as much room as i could. took her for a spin around the block and i cant hear/feel the vibration anymore.

Those porta power units are great. It took me a day spreading out the hole for the 3 1/2 DP, I didn't think I would ever get it. Then a year or so after that it was hitting and making noise, I had to adjust it.

Yes, I used the port-o-power since the first time and was a piece of cake, even without cutting anything of the sheam, and worked perfect.
