fenderwell headers?

Hello. I am in the midst of gathering parts for my 460 swap into a stock '79 F350 4X4 supercab. I have decided to use headers to take advantage of some of the mild machine work done to the engine.

I would like to use headers that exit outside the frame to give me some more room for repairs and hopefully it will keep the starter and engine compartment temps down a bit.

Any problems with doing this? Not sure if they'll pose negative effects on my front tires (33's) whether it be heat or clearance issues.

Crossover pipe won't work with this setup for sure. Not sure the reason for them or if I'll need one anyway.

Thanks!
