cl find/ question
i found a 4 inch magnaflow stainless muffler and the pipe to run out the back with a shiny stainless magnaflow tip.. it has all the hangers on it ready to go in.. all for 50$
my question is, is it gonna help my truck out any just putting that in or do i need to go all the way to the turbo with the 4 inch?

For the price it is a good deal. The muffler is probably a higher flow than your stock muffler so it will help. You will also get a tone change from it that you will most likely appreciate. I would say go for it and see what you think.
