Possible leak source over plug #4?

Hello all. Not really a newbie but usually lurking on the f150 forums. I picked up a 97 EB expy 5.4 that needs a lil work. I went ahead and changed out the plugs today. Nothing really odd except for what looked like clear water/liquid on the head (top) of the coil itself. I did everything i could to clean up/dry the area before pulling the plug and check the plug itself. Plug was dry (thankfully) but def. needed a change and no foul odors. I checked all the hoses back there along the passenger firewall over the coil and nothing seems wet. I dont think the seller tried to clean the engine bay could use a cleaning by me.

Any ideas or suggestions on where or what i should keep checking for? We haven't have rain for over a week so rain may not be the culprit but i may be wrong. Maybe someone else has experience this? Thanks.

The heater hose leaking over the #4 COP is a known issue. Check the heater hose connections there real well.

OK. I wasn't aware of this issue but seems like a good shot. I just may end up changing it anyways as preventive. Of course, it's now raining after no rain for a while so I guess this will help eliminate one of the possibilities. Thanks.
