Steering Coupler obsolete

Ford parts around here, where I live are obsolete, we order parts from the U.S, but sometimes it cost double or triple the price due to high rate of shipping overseas, like the steering Box itself.

During my routine check on my 66 F100, I found the steering shaft coupler threads worn, and that exact year of Ford part is hard to find.
I would like to know what other make and year will fit on my 66 f100?, friend of mine said some Chevy models will fit.

I appreciate any info on this issue.
