explain these items & drivability

Hello FTE people.
quick Bio; 99 F-150, 4.2L, 180K miles, 2 WD, auto.

I would like a quick definition of these items AND how they effect drivability. Our truck is stumbling off of idle and during steady throttle. Runs well at WOT and during normal acceleration. No Codes and no Service Engine Soon light. I'm lost.

IAC
DPFE

I am aware of the EGR getting gummed with carbon. I don't mind replacing items but would like to know where to start.

Truck starts well, idles great, doesn't stall, has clean TB and MAF sensor(Maf cleaned with correct cleaner), new plugs & wires.

If these items are linked to stumbling off idle or slight miss during steady throttle, please let me know.
