I don't know where you are (see the post Where You At?) but I got mine at Canadian Tire. I was skeptical at first and they were a bit of stretch to get on, but they've worked in real nicely and now they fit really well.
I got a set of 2 for the front seats and a bench cover for the rear seat in my Crew Cab. The only problems are that there isn't a cover for the center portion of the 40/20/40 front seat and the rear bench cover doesn't allow you to fold down the arm rest in the center of the bench. I just slip the top half of the cover off if I'm hauling people on longer trips.
Upsides are they match my grey interior perfectly, they have a nice Ford logo, and I think I paid about $80 for both front and back. I believe the brand name was Pennzoil.
