lifting questions..

i know ive seen some lifted threads but none quite what im looking for. mines a 92 f150 5.8, E4OD, 4x4, already lifted 3 or 4 inches (suspension) i believe it has the bottom control arm drop bracket. my problem is the front of my truck sits about 3 inches lower than the back. im wanting to bring my front up with a 2 or 3 in coil spacer but am wondering if thats all i will need to get or if i will run into any other problems from lifting it more?
thanks for any info! Daniel

You may need to get a longer pitman arm if you dont already have one longer than stock on there.

you could also just go get axle drops for a 4" lift cuz it might just have a lift in the rear and not in the front. axle drops are a pain, you can tell if they put them on or not if you look at where the axles come over to the middle of the truck, if the peices that they are bolted to are pop rivetted to the cross member then they werent changed, but theres only one problem if the stock ones were rusted out and they replaced them with new ones they could be bolted on.

where the axle bolts to the drop bracket it should be like 2-3" down from the bottom of the crossmember.

if you do try and level the front out you may need a pitment arm drop and a front end alllignment maybe. and yes sway bar drops, since its a 150 you cant just get longer links.

So you have a full 4in kit, that includes the 4in drop front axle center pivot brackets. Im guessing the rear has a combination of blocks and add a leafs totaling 7in of lift.

If you use the 4in drop brackets with 6in coils, you will have camber problems. You can get front drop brackets for a 6in lift and that will correct the camber when used with 6in coil springs or an extra 2in spacer.

well i already have camber bushings in the front end right now because the front tires sat like / \ when looking at it from the front. im not sure what inch lift my control arm drop brackets are for, but since my tires sat like / \ , if i lift it 2 or 3 more inches couldnt i take my camber bushings out and it would be about right? then have it aligned and everything?
