reading codes

can anyone tell me how to read all the codes on the door plate.
i would like to know the alxe code. on my truck it says its a code 39.

this is what i found. my axle code was 39, this chart says it was built 81-96 and has 3.55 gears.

What is my Ford rear end ratio, do I have positraction - Drivetrain.com
