I'm curious, why do y'all put them evenly spaced instead of 3 close to the center and 2 towards the outside?

Niiice. Love the look of clearance lights.
Not to stray too much from the greatness of your clearance lights, but where did you get that grille guard? I'm looking for something like that... I can dream all I want about getting a 3000$ buckstop bumper but I'm trying to be more realistic... lol

i got mine off the parts truck i picked up in olathe.... paid 1500 for the truck and somewhere i priced that grill guard new at 1100 when i was looking to buy a new one but i cant remember where i priced them at. it doesn't have a brand stamp on it anywhere which makes it that much harder to find but ive seen 4 or 5 trucks around here with um... me and my buddies being 2 of the 5 lol both the ones we have came with the trucks we bought. the damn things weigh a ton though 2 man lift to get it onto the truck.

it depends on how bad of a winter we get. our snow usually hits from january to march sometimes april. and last year we had a good bit of snow and they went crazy with the damn salt. and were supposed to start the snow this saturday for our first accumulation of the year so its not gonna be off to a good start.

I think they look better evenly spaced-they remind me of chevy*spit* any other way.

The 3 in the middle 2 outside is DOT standard... the 12" center to center evenly spaced is Ford standard for our trucks up to 1997.

I myself like the authentic ford look... it's what sets us apart from the chepys and dogs at night.

i have been following your install thread the past week or so waiting to get mine lol i haven't taken my kickpanel off yet but im going to want to wire them into the stock harness to come on with my headlights an such everytime i go out to let my truck warm up in the winter or sit and leave it idle i kick the parking lights on and headlights off and love the look of the amber lights on the cab and up around the headlights looks pretty aggressive at night
