your turbo will bolt right on, its the same casting of the block. you will need a new turbo pedestol to valley pan grommet and you will need to transfer over both of your valve covers from the turbo engine to the 6.9l
found a 7.3 non turbo out of a 90 international 2 ton truck from a guy a few hours away. said it came out of a brinks money truck and looks like it was rebuilt still fresh looking blue paint with no oil leaks, he wants 750. he is about 3 hours away.
he gets a bounch of the brinks money truck in and takes the motors out of all of them. he has one that is out of a f350 94 with some oil leaks that he wants 600. unknown miles on all of them.
i wouldnt pay more then 600. take some test strips from napa with you. theres gotta be some water in the block for you to test for sca's bud. if the engines were neglected they might not be worth buying.
