I'm sure you can since it's not leaking. Mine wasn't leaking when I changed it I was just putting the new spyder on so went with a new oring. Make sure it looks ok without any breaks/cuts on it and you should be fine. You can always change it.
Depends on how good of a dealership you're dealing with. If it's the ones that worked on your truck I'd say NO. Maybe just call and ask if they have the part number. I got mine from either partsguyed or the ford trucks dealer 100 miles away, can't remember for sure. Think it was ed.. I think clay has it too.
Can I re-use my old one? Would the stealership keep it in stock you think?

Yes you can re-use it, I changed it for a new one when the first time I changed the stock intake boots, and keep it like spare, and when I installed the IC I noticed that the new one was a little wrinkled, so I re-use the original, but this time I fixed it to the turbo with some glue in some points (12,3,6,9 o clock), to maintain it in its place, before to install the new Y pipe and the clamp. Since then, no leaks.
BTW I bougth mine from IH dealer.
