Help.. Acceleration problems. 5.4 2000

Currently proud owner of 2000 5.4 f250. Having some issues as of late. The truck doesn't accelerate properly, it bogs down and when at cruise, set at any speed, Its jerky, cuts in out, as if it were being starved of fuel. So far I have dropped the tank replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, mass air flow sensor, and throttle body position sensor. It idles fine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am out of ideas and its getting close to Christmas.

Does it drive OK around town and under light throttle, but bogs or cuts out when on the highway or climbing hills?

If so, you may have a clogged catalytic converter. Try disconnecting the exhaust ahead of the catalytic converter and going for a quick test drive.

Toss a can of Chemtool in the tank with 10-15 gallons of gas; run till almost empty. Perhaps you have water in the tank?

Well after all the money, parts, and time I put into it; I finally broke down yesterday and took it to my local shop. I wish I would have went with my gut instinct and tried 1 more part. It was the #2 coil over. I had went bad. The replaced all of the coil over boots and the #2 coil over for 300$. It fixed the problem, The only thing is I could have replaced all 8 myself for under 250$. Thanks gain everybody for your input well appreciated.
