spring swap ?????
i have a 96 f150 4x4 ex cab & was going to put some f250-f350 springs in it to lift it up a little for cheap lol & read they had to be out of an 92--96 f250,havent been able to find any out of an 92-96 for cheap but did find some out of an 89 & 87 i think will any of this fit in my truck or do they have to be out of an 92-96 only
also have been really confused about what coil springs to get as they all have a spring code or what kind of truck they come out of to get

I'm not sure on what years will work for your truck- I thought anything from 87-96 was interchangeable but again I don't know for sure.
But you might want to look thru JC Whitney. I found leaf springs for my 91 F150 for $106 each- that was the cheapest compared to LMC and a local truck parts shop.
