No start after IP service

No start after IP service
My throttle linkage shaft was leaking on my 88 7.3 so I took that out, put in some new o-rings and seems to have fixed that, but now I have another issue. I originally put it together wrong, and had it runaway on me when I started it. Choked it out and got it off, then took the top cover off the IP to fix what was wrong. Now, it wont start. Its acting like its not getting any fuel, or like an air intrusion issue. I dont think i hurt anything in the runaway, it sounded fine and choked off fine. Any help?
Edit: I took off one of the injector lines and had my dad turn the truck over, and fuel barley came dripping out of the injector. Shouldnt it come out with some force?

Try this link. I had similar incident. It sounds that you have air in the IP.
