Why don't some people in here put where their at in their profile ?
Are they ashamed someone will make fun of them ,scared someone will get them or what............
I'm not some kind of freak thats going to get you.........
It would make it nice to know,when whoever says "around here"
or "I have a whatever I need to get rid of"....ect..... to know about where they are..............
just wondering.........

ive always wondered a similar thing. in my comp sci class i was told always to be anonymous on the internet. well, FTE is supposed to be like a community, and we are all supposed to get along right? how are you supposed to build upon anything if you don't know anything about the other people?
and im not afraid to use my real name, i feel that it makes me 100% resposible for all my comments, instead of hiding behind a pseudonym (sp?)
i think its good if people can use their real names, and where they are from, you learn they are more honest, you learn where they are from, and you might even meet people that live close by you and make a new friend.

I really like it when people sign their name after their reply.
Especially if someone has a user name that is 15 characters long.
To me it makes it look more like Family.

1) If you don't put your location in, then it doesn't show at all- not in the posts, and not in the profile. So "checking the profile" still won't tell you someone's location.
2) As I may have said before, I need to remain anonymous because of the information I give out. Ford has a strange policy of wanting to keep EVERYTHING secret, a policy I happen to disagree with. Also, a lot of my fellow dealers aren't too happy with the inside info I give out when you folks are looking for advice. Just call me The Lone Salesman. Hi-ho Silver, away!!
