timing dot
put in all the new injectors, put in alll new zd9 plugs ,but one witch broke off (i'll get back at that one) --then i had to do it, i had to. i pulled the gear cover off
but am i glad i did, before i got started with the whole operation i set the tdc marks on the balancer , when i lifted it off the lower gear i was able to see a little brass dot , and the ''y'' on the uper gear, they were 2 teeth apart, i'm suprised it ran at all . i took a picture with my phone although it's not the clearest, you can see the ''brass dot''i lined the dot & the y put it all back together wet through the bleeding prosses and it never ran or sounded like it does now
i got a good mind to weld those nuts holding the gear cover on, so i don't have an other a-d-d moment
