Yes. But the c6 is probably a different length, so you may need to modify your rear and front driveshaft. You will need some sort of shifter for the tranny, and you won't need your clutch pedal and the hole in the floor.
I just went from a c6 to a 5 speed in my truck, and I got a wrecked donor. When I bought the donor, I had the proper pedal assembly, the correct floor plate, shifter, driveshafts, crossmember pieces, and tranny wiring harness that plugged in to make everything work.
Once I was done with the donor, I sold the wheels and tires off the donor, the wiper motor, swapped the tailgate cables, taillights, and bed toolbox to my truck, and am getting ready to sell the transfer case off it for someone I work with. So I am getting back a lot of the money I spent buying the donor.
