Identify the truck

Can someone please identify this truck?
It is suppose to be during the war in 1948

Here's the picture.



The one in the rear is a '42-47 Ford. The one in the front looks to be either an International or a Diamond T (??). I'm just trying to go off the emblem on the radiator cowl.

The first truck looks like a 36 International C-Series, based on the grille, dip in the front bumper, fenders and vertical louvers in the hood. However, the windshield does not quite fit that profile.

Agreed, and the cab looks like a D-series. And anything foreign is usually a hodge podge of American parts back then.

Your probably right Havi, looks like a 37 International D cab with a 36 front clip.

Just to add, the soldiers in this photo are Arab Soldiers in Israel taken in 1948 and these were civilian vehicles.
