TPS failure code, not sure what to do

TPS failure code, not sure what to do
i replaced the hed gaskets on my 5.0l v8 and replaced the tps, o2 sensor at the same time. when i reassembled the truck started right up but idles at 2500 rpm. i checked the OBD and a code "Code 63 - tp circuit below minimum voltage" came up. i dont see any adjustment in the tps attachment. it seems like that is the reason for the high idle since the o2 is not even looked at until temp is up. i couldnt find anything else. Does anyone have any ideas? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!!

Then you will have to back probe the sensor at its plug.
