Does anyone have pictures of a 150 lifted 4" with 31's on it. I need to see it because if I want to go up I don't want it to look stupid with tiny tires on it. With the new lift I can fit 33's but I don't want to do that before I can get gears done.

31's look perfect on my truck.... BUT it's a stock suspension 2wd.
You are my truck master Diesel Brad. I think that every question that I have asked on here you have given me the best answer out of all of them, thanks a million. And now I wipe my nose and continue on my way.
I have 33" with front 2" leveling kit. My truck is a 5.0L, E4OD, and 3:55's, not the greatest combo, but it gets around pretty good. It will soon have 4:11's.
I have 33's with a 4in lift and it looks nice. but it would be nice to have either 35's or the lift just a tad lower to help fill the wheel wheels, however, if you are gonna use the truck off road, like me, then the 33's will allow for more travel and more movement in the wheel well.
As for the 3.55 gears. i have 33's with the 300 and 3.55 gears. And it doesnt have a problem taking off in 2nd with the zf5. Although 4.56 would be nice, and go well in the future if i step up too 35's.
31's will look small with a 4" lift. I had 30's on my truck for a week or so after I got my lift, and it looked like I had Volkswagen tires on my truck. I ran 3.55's with 33's for a few months until I got regeared to 4.56's. I have a 302, and it wasn't really a problem for a few months. I didn't tow or haul anything, otherwise it REALLY would have been a dog (I'm in Kansas, so I didn't have any hills to climb, but you could tell when on a freeway onramp). The 4.56's with the 33's gets the job done getting the power to the wheels. Can get 14mpg in the city if I drive carefully. Can get 16mpg on highway going 55, and using the cruise. Pics of a 4" lift with 33's (IMHO the best combo for lift/tire):
