Carb jets.
The 2150 carb on my 351m had 48F and 57F when I rebuilt it and I recently came across two 54F jets and swapped them in tonight. I haven't put it back on the motor yet because its too dark and cold. But I was wondering if it's going to make any noticeable difference now. I'm not sure why there were two different numbers in it before.
