stock cam for a 93 302 f150?

is it a roller or flat tappet cam?

Yes it's a roller, but if you're changing it don't get a factory stock cam for that year.. at the very least get the F4TE('94) cam, it produces more TQ and HP but otherwise behaves the same as the stock '92-93 cam.
