Two fold solution: My shop has open framing no wall covering, very cold till the heat comes up, so I went to the local home depot and bought 1/2" ridgid insulation this stuffs made from styro foam and has a thin plastic on one side and foil backing on the other, we cut it to fit in between the stud bays, so i get insulation and reflectivity from the foil.
