Still steering issues

so I had the front end all apart, ball joints all good, outer tie rods, good, tie rod that is in pitman arm very tight, replaced, truck still has tight steering, can be driving down the road and the truck starts to pull to right, turn thr steering wheel to compensate and nothing , nothing, then it is like it becomes un-seized and the truck jumps to the left and have to correct for that, anyone with any other ideas, I am thinking/dreading the steering gear now

Am waiting to hear what is going on. I have the same problem with my truck but it does it to the left. I have heard possibly ujoints or steering box. Hope somebody helps soon.
