NPD sells complete kits for around $150/Steel and $175/ Stainless Steel. A few others I've dealt with are Inline Tube, Bronco Graveyard and LMC. I would think the "earlier" years would be pretty close to the 95, but there might be slight differences. I'm sure others with better knowledge here will chime in. If your up to it, you can also buy the line in different lengths that are already flared with fittings or buy a roll and cut to the length you need, slip on a fitting and flare the ends. Which is much cheaper and really not that hard. The difference in price would add a "Flaring Tool" and "Tubing Bender" to your tool box and still be a bit cheaper.
