uploading pics

Will someone hold my hand and walk me thru uploading
I have gotten as far as the "upload pics" page with the three gray areas to "browse" pics but no farther.

The easiest way is to open a free account with photobucket.com it is very simple to upload your photos there and then once uploaded there. Use the img code and past it into your post. good luck.
