1988 ford

I have a 1988 ford f-150 and have rebuilt the motor with a bigger roller cam, roller lifters, roller rockers, shorty headers, x-pipe with no cats, etc. How much will a chip help me?

There's no way to give hard set numbers with custom programming because each situation is unique. The biggest thing in a situation like this is the chip gets the engine running correctly for its setup and gets the HP curve the way it should be.

I did a Mustang like this about 5 weeks ago. The customer complained that the program I gave him only gained him 3 HP peak. He didn't look at the overall picture (at first): the car went from having an uneven hp/torque curve with flat spots to having a smooth curve with (no kidding) about a 60 ft/lb peak torque gain. On the botton end that car will launch a heck of a lot faster than it did before.

WoW! I feel that that is amazing. Do you have an idea of what that will cost me? Thank you for the help.

I don't post chip prices here so the forums don't become a catalog.

See the following page for chip prices and the custom fee:
