Your in a cold area so don't be in a hurry to start romping on your test drive. The engine temp should be up, and that will be 8 miles +

The rattle I was hearing in the tranny was very minor.. if anything (I'm probably just being paranoid), and what I meant with the snow was.. when I started the truck there was a funny little rattle right infront of the alternator where the belt wraps around on the top of your engine and when I took the snow and put it onto the belt I geuss it gave it some more lubrication and it went away, I think the belt jus needs to be cleaned? I am not really romping the test drives either I drove it for about 1/2 hour before I tried to get her up to 80km/h the engine was warm.
