Nice! as far as the speedo being off, i bet it's the tire size making it read wrong and the dash....ouch.... try to find a glove box door to make a patch from and find someone to weld it in.

Your Slick has got lot of potential; on the radio bezel issue; I recommend finding a 61-66 totally ruin cab; with a solid dash bezel; and cut out area along there. Then cut your dash and weld the area back. That (Your Cab) is the worst I've ever saw; no fun intented. Going to take a huge radio bezel to cover that area!
