Cam Help, Suggestions
I may have to get a new cam for the motor build. The engine is going back in a 95 F 150 5.0L Auto 4x4 Single cab with 8 foot bed.
Have a roller block, with E6 Heads, and pistons for it. My donor block will need some machine work to the cyls, not happy with the surface. In any case my cam was rusted, waiting to see what machine shop says about it Monday. While looking on summit, I have tons of Hydr. Roller cam choices. Any suggestion, on specs for a DD pickup, that will haul the occasional loads? Lift, Duration etc? I see some "trick Flow" and Ford Motor Sports cams,
What would you recommend?

You can call Competition Cams tech support and tell them what you have to work with and what your goals are and they can hook you up with an off the shelf cam or even a custom grind.That`s what I did,and I`m happy with the cam that I`m using.
