cold start
I am new to this site, so I hope it will help me. I have a 1999 F-350 7.3 that will only stat when it is pluged in. I was told to replace the gpr so I did and it still does not start. There is one other plroblem, diretly behind the fuel filter is a device that has a green hose and a red house. I left the key on for a few minutes while changing the gpr and it started to make a funny noise (tik tik tik tik tik tik) if there is anyone with any advise would apprecaite it
