truck problem

so cant get truck in till monday but wondering if you guys might have an idea. truck was running fine yesterday then this morning started it up let warm up and took off down the road abs light was on when got in truck but then noticed that the speedometer wasnt working. then truck would rev at high rpm and then shift hard into next gear. wondering if any might have idea on it. i check the fuses that i could were good.

Sounds like the VSS sensor is fubar. It sits on top of the rear differential and measures speed.

went down got a speed sensor and put that in and solved the problem everything works great again. thanks

oh i know big time and a trip to the shop to have them tell me that and spend $100 probably for a $20 part
