16x8 Wheels

Did any of the 250 or 350's with single rear wheel ever come with factory 16" wheels 8" wide? If you guys have come accross them could you let me know what year or model. I'm pretty sure all I've ever have come accross were 6 or 7 inch wide. thanks for any info you can offer.

Doug, Thanks for the relpy. Thats what I was thinking. I saw a set on that list that said 16x8. There two hours away and I have a feeling its gonna be a set of sevens measured out to out. I'm trying to put wider 16's on the back of my project truck. I'm needing cheap and steel for towing. If I can't find factory I guess it'll be wagon wheels. Anyone know how wide of a tire would work well on a seven inch rim? thanks again, Doug

That's probably right-wheels are measured from bead to bead (inside). If you measure the overall width to the outside it would be about an inch wider. I've seen people make this mistake before.
