All I ever used in my F150 was mobil 1. It was in everything. I ran that truck a million miles before selling it too. That was almost 400,000 till the first engine overhaul where I souped it up quite a bit and I junked the AOD trans to swap with a C6 at 600,000 miles. I never had trouble with any of it other than that original transmission and it was running perfect when I sold it. It was a 91 4x4 f150. I sold it because gas hit 5 bucks a gallon here at the time and it drank a lot of it.

Anyone ever try running the delvac synthetic ATF in the zf5 manual transmission? This thread seems to be one of the only ones that does not recommend regular Mobil 1 synthetic ATF.
