winter is here

hey guys hope you can help me with my problem my truck is a 76 f250 4x4 ranger xlt when i got the truck the hole wiring harness was cooked i so i towed the truck aroud for 5 years finally got a doner truck with was a 79 camper speical 2wd so i labeled everything and pulledc it out and put it in my 76 everything works fine but for the some reson the heater with not work herter is in the dash all hooked up right and and when i hook up the last plug do the header box under the passanger side of the dash what could i be looking that is wrong do the heater boxes go or could i be looking at somthing bigger thanks

What isnt working? No air at all, or just no hot air?

no air at all nothing when i turn the heater on if i can just get it to blow some air to at least defrost the windows
