New to ford
I purchased my first Ford last year as a birthday present to myself. Been lurking here for the passed few months and have finally decided to join and say hi.
I wound up with a 2010 F250 Diesel 4x4 XL SuperCab Longbed
-FX4 Package
-power equipment group
-had the seats re-upolustured in leather
-added a Pioneer GPS Navigation
-swaped out the OEM steel rims for aftermarket aluminum 17x9's with BFG 275/70 r17s
-chrome grille and bug shield
-chrome oval step bars
I am really impressed with this truck so far, comming over from a GM with the Duramax this is far superiour.
Only thing I wish this had was cruise control...but Im working on adding it. My understanding is that I just need a new steringwheel and clockspring wired all up and than just reprogram at the ford dealer.
Still wanting to add
-Fender Flares painted the Pueblo Gold color
-tint the windows
-leveling kit and rear Firestone RideRite airbags
-spray in bedliner

The clockspring is already there.
You just need the wheel with cruise controls, and a new steering wheel bolt.

I sorta like the look of the black grille myself. That having been said, its still a good looking truck! I like the wheels.
What gear ratio?
If you add the leveling kit then block the rear. When I get a chance I am going to block the back of mine - it actually squats a hair in the back, at least it looks like it. Maybe it is just the taller cap on there and the proportions. Either way it doesn't have any positive rake, I'll leave it at that.
