I know this topic has ben well talked about, but I am goin to risk asking anyway. I have 96 F350 with 120k on the odo, 2wd. Call me cheap, but I would like to upgrade my tranny without dropping the $4k on a total rebuild. I understand a better tranny cooler is a must, maybe a TC, and valve body. I am mostly stock now, but like many, planning several upgrades as time allows (Injectors, HPOP, elec fuel, an maybe H2E). I use my truck as a daily driver only, and pulling my camper (11k), but no drag or sled. What do yall think, can I get away with just these tranny upgrades, or the total package?
