45 pickup bits wanted

hi all hope someone can help im looking for a good pr of FO-RD 2 piece hood trim for my 45 pick up it sits on the lower front edge of the hood just above the jail bar grille. any ideas on locating a pr would be great.

Are you talking about the whiskers that are on either side of the hood latch? If so check EBAY...I always see a few pair on there.

Welcome to FTE. Glad to have to here. As Chaosracing said, eBay is going to be your best source for these pieces. They are almost always at least a couple sets on there, and they don't go for too much money. Good luck in your search.

welcome to the forum. don't know where your located, but might try car shows with vendors. see lots of these at bigger events.

I am new to this but I just got a Macs catalog and I have a Dennis Carpenter one coming. I know I saw trim pieces and some grill pieces in the Macs catalog. Carpenter's web site would make me think they might carry it as well.

I have an extra set of the hood trim pieces tht you are looking for in good shape. Please give a contact email for you. I also have an updated insturment cluster ( 12 VOLT) that might set off your project if interested.
