ppi makes great products no doubt, i bought this amp used for 100 dollars.
i have 2 6.5 inch memphis highs in the front along with 2 5x7 memphis highs in the rear. the truck is a 94 f150 extended cab. im running 2 compvr 12's with a 1100 watt memphis studio series amplifier with a sealed box (for the time being) the deck im running is a pioneer premier with an equalizer, fading options, high pass filter bla bla bla.
the question is: should i run this precision power amp to the front 6.5's and run the deck to the rears? will it effect my fading options that much? the front highs can take 100 watts and run 70 watts rms. the amp is prob too much for the speakers.
or
should i run another amp to all 4 speakers? please share your experiences.

this is what I would do. run the PPI to the front, backs off the deck. fronts will be louder than the back so fading should be much of an issue. see how it sounds, might not want any rear fill at all cuz the bass will prolly drown it out. i know many people dont perfer rear fill but its all up to the driver...
I agree to run the amp to the front speakers and the deck to the rears. Heed rBrendle's concerns though. That amp is awfully big for those speakers, watch the gain on that amp.
Its always better to have a little extra power than not enough. Your speakers handle 70 watts RMS, your amp outputs 75 watts RMS. You will have no problems seeing how you have quality components installed. ( PPI and Memphis are very nice, both) If we were talking about the same PPI amp and Jensen or Pyramid speakers being connected, then i'd be wary about blowing them.
Definately run the FRONT speakers off the amp. I personally dont use any rear speakers for STEREO sound.
Heres my set up, I have two amps, 1-4channel and 1-2channel.
I'm running the pioneer 3-ways in the front(6/1/2) and rear(6x9)
I'm going to buy some pioneer subs (2-10s) its pretty simple I have the low pass filter for the 4 regular speakers then I ran by the 4 channel and the two subs ran by a 2 channel amp.
I have this in my bronco O- I'm buling the boxes right now which are pretty easy
