I'm still working on getting my 87 to run after doing a compression test. The spark that I'm seeing on the plugs is an orange color. It's not a bright blue spark. I did gap the plugs to .044" as indicated on the sticker under the hood. The plugs looked in good condition and went back into the same holes as removed from. I sprayed starter fluid into the throttle body and it still wouldn't fire off. Is the spark supposed to be bright blue on these fuel injected engines?
