Steering column mounted controls.
Does anybody know if steering column mounted controls (directional signals, high beam, and etc) from the later generations of Ford Pickups (and Broncos) will fit onto the column of the 80-86 trucks?
I know that I would have to install relays to carry the loads and I know how to hook them up.
I LIKE having these controls where I can reach them easier.

You would have to swap the columns out.
Also to do that you would have to swap the dash and instrument clusters out.
That involves changing to main underdash harness.
Then the pedals and floor controls....
It's possible to do, but it's far more elaborate than to just put the combination switch into your existing column.
