Me neither, but the service writer was.... maybe he saw a new customer? Someone else suggested looking at a used car on the lot, asking for an oasis on that one and then, "hey, while you're at it, how about this VIN, too?" With all the Excursions I looked at, over the two months I searched, that would have been a lot of trips to the dealer!
